  How secure is my payment?

Don't worry. All payments are securely processed over HTTPS, and your card information never touches our servers.

  • Shipping

  How long will it take to ship the item?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process & ship your order. The estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days. If you need a Fast Shipment service like DHL or FedEx, please contact us.

  Where do these items ship from?

We have warehouses around the world. Most of the items are shiped from China and USA.

  What if my country is not on the list?

  • Order

  What if I entered the wrong address?

You can contact us to change the shipping information within 6 hours from the moment you finish your checkout process. If your item has been shipped, we can't change the address.

  My Order is not received yet.

The estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days. Delivery time varies from product to product. We can't control the package after shipment. If the order does not arrive 45 days after shipping, please contact us at service.pawspro@gmail.com

  Track my order.

Our website offers multiple ways to track your orders:

Firstly, after we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please click on 'Track my Order' in the email to check the delivery status.

Secondly, on our website header, please click on 'Track Order' and enter your tracking number or order number along with the email address you used to place the order to check the order status.

Of course, you can also inquire about  logistics information through  inbox or our official email at service.pawspro@gmail.com.

  What happens if I receive a wrong item?

If you received a wrong item different from the one you ordered, you could keep it & we will resend you the correct item you ordered.

  I received my order partly.

If you purchase multiple items, sometimes you will receive the orders partly because they are sent from different places. You will receive multiple tracking numbers for them. If you can not find your other tracking number, please contact us at service.pawspro@gmail.com

  The tracking shows that the order has been delivered, but I still haven't received the order.

If the tracking shows that the package is delivered and you didn't receive the package, please get in touch with the local post office or delivery services regarding this matter. If you can't find a way to get them, don't hesitate to contact us, and we cannot issue refunds if the tracking says it's already delivered. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to contact us at service.pawspro@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation & Return

  Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation within 6 hours from the moment you finish your checkout process. After this time, your order will be immediately sent into production. 

  Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

We accept returns for selected products. All products cannot be returned. We offer free return labels for limited products. To request a return, you can contact us at service.pawspro@gmail.com. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
